Through Systex we provide personalised tokens for Department for Transport, Transport for London, the Scottish Executive, Traffic Wales and Northern Ireland’s Department for Regional Development, most major transport operators and National Rail. We have issued a combined total of in excess of 30 million cards in the UK supporting transport operators and enabling passengers to make their journeys every day.



Viaqqio is the future mobility division of the ESP Group. We design, develop and deliver innovative services to improve mobility for different user groups, utilising all available modes of transport. The services draw on the Group’s technical and customer support capabilities but, crucially, are built on an understanding of user needs and emerging lifestyle expectations, uncovered through co-design methodologies.

We are already working with over 60s, young people across Scotland, and people with dementia and their carers to define, pilot and launch new mobility services. Viaqqio tackles service development from all angles, including service blueprinting of the full customer journey, prototyping, establishment of business model options, and protection of intellectual property.
