Our solution can be a fully managed or an operator driven, end to end, delay repay service provided by Journeycall using our own DelayCheckTM system.

Fast, accurate, processing times.  Advanced in-built business intelligence offering automated processing with verification of single and multi-sector journeys including repayment amount due, identification of liable TOC, missed connections and cancelled/alternative trains.

Multiple PCI compliant repayment methods including BACs, credit/debit card, National Rail or TOC specific vouchers, mobile payments, charity plus additional methods as required.  Bank account management and reconciliation also available.

DelayCheck is fully compatible with your requirements, providing full or partial managed service or system only.  Vast range of system reports available to meet individual TOC and DfT demands – configurable and downloadable from your own online dashboard.
